Crafting Culture lecture on February 12th at 17.30

The word craft evokes very different responses amongst different audiences. This may have to do with the diverse range of associations that the term conjures - but it also reflects our very different cultural associations with craft. In this talk I will attempt to compare the identity of craft in several different parts of the anglophone world - hopefully offering useful comparisons to assist our understanding of craft in Scandinavia today.
